Fixes: Fallout 3 XINPUT1_3.dll error...

Error: "The program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Solution:


download the XINPUT1_3.dll File

Make sure to copy the xinput1_3.dll into your game folder, as well as your Windows/system32 folder.
Note: When the dll file is inside the game folder it will try to use this dll first. If it’s not there it will look into the system folder.
